Great for office staff, 40 minutes express in/out. 12:10-12:50 Mon-Fri. (these :40 min. Express classes are included by purchasing a full Session “Mix ‘n Match package.)

YOGA-FIT: Yoga-Fit is a multi faceted stretch/flexibility, core strengthening, posture enhancing and cross-training program. This enlightening series integrates mind/body activities such as purposeful breathing practice and concentration. Offering Levels 1-3 provides you with your personalized workout, seeking simplistic movement or to more active choices. Bring a mat, water bottle and blanket, pillow or additional props if you require them.
